Articles you might like to edit, from SuggestBot
[edit]SuggestBot predicts that you will enjoy editing some of these articles. Have fun!
Note: All columns in this table are sortable, allowing you to rearrange the table so the articles most interesting to you are shown at the top. All images have mouse-over popups with more information. For more information about the columns and categories, please consult the documentation and please get in touch on SuggestBot's talk page with any questions you might have.
SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better — thanks for helping.
If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from Nettrom (talk), SuggestBot's caretaker. -- SuggestBot (talk) 02:10, 2 August 2025 (UTC)
Toronto Meet-up
[edit]Saw your message. Is there a way that I can help? The location itself has good accessibility, although there is a fair amount of construction around that results in a bit of a detour. If you have specific needs, perhaps one of us can help you to map things out and figure best routes. I would in fact suggest using the Union Station subway station rather than the King Street one, as Union has better accessibility. You may feel more comfortable asking SophieWMCA, or sending a private message via "email this user" if you wish to keep your personal needs out of the public eye. Looking forward to seeing you next week. Risker (talk) 18:33, 15 September 2025 (UTC)
- I'm not sure. My knees and back are really bad right now, so things like stairs are a challenge. I also can't stand for long periods. I would probably get a rideshare directly there, but it will really depend on how I'm feeling. Always wanted to attend an in-person Wiki event, I'll do my best. Mostly I was wondering if it was on the main floor, whether there is step-free access, elevators, etc. Are you familiar with that location? Judging from Google Maps it's only been fully open a year or two. MrAureliusRYell at me! 18:44, 15 September 2025 (UTC)
- The event is on the second floor, but there is an elevator! No stairs beside that. And we will have chairs in the room during the meetup of course :) SophieWMCA (talk) 19:15, 15 September 2025 (UTC)

Wendell Brown-related article AfD
[edit]You may be interested in this discussion: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Happiness Becomes You. This article appears to have been written by the same people that wrote the now-deleted Wendell Brown and Craig Taro Gold articles, and seems to have been created expressly to provide citation support to those now-deleted articles. - Be careful as this can be considered canvassing for votes unless you sent similar messages to those who voted keep on those other articles. Don't want you to get in trouble. MrAureliusRYell at me! 05:28, 10 November 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks for pointing that out. My intent was just to flag a potentially related case, not to influence the outcome. I’ve reviewed WP:CANVASS and will be sure to keep future notifications strictly neutral. Dharmabumstead (talk) 07:59, 10 November 2025 (UTC)
- Cool. Yeah it basically comes down to how you worded the notification. That plus the fact I advertise myself as a deletionist Wikipedian, and it could come off badly when I'm assuming that you just wanted another pair of eyes on it. I'm going to actually avoid voting just to avoid any issues. But good luck removing cruft! It's an uphill battle a lot of the time. MrAureliusRYell at me! 08:24, 10 November 2025 (UTC)
- Well, thanks again for the heads up, and the discretion in staying out of the voting. I'm pretty much done tilting at this windmill myself.
- I'm relatively new to Wikipedia, and generally only venture down the Wiki process rabbit hole when I see what I think is abuse of NPOV or PAID or COI, which seems likely to be the case here. In spite of its sketchy origins and obvious WP:TMI, it does seem to pass WP:NOTE (especially if you squint and ignore the "no flap copy or promo content" part of WP:NOTE), so based on that alone the article is likely to stay put.
