Actually it's not. Saying "but not limited too" is superfluous. The tense of the phrasing already suggests the inclusion of others not mentioned. The text you added simply isn't needed. This is happening in other edits of your as well. For example, in this edit you added "very" to qualify the word "first". First is first. Was there some other agricultural society that was also first (somehow) requiring us to differentiate here?
