Fair use rationale for Image:MeystelWeb.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:MeystelWeb.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. On undeleting Meystel article

I am sorry, but there are 2 reasons why the article cannot be undeleted at this time:

We have no proof that you are the original copyright holder of the text, only your word that you are so. Even if the text is taken down from the original site, the copyright does not expire; the copyright protection exists for the text from the moment it was created until the legally defined end of that term of copyright.
If you are the person who wrote the text, then the article is in violation of Wikipedia's conflict of interest principles; you should not write articles about yourself.

Either you are not the subject or the article, or you are; in either case, the article cannot be restored at this time. If you wish to contest this, please submit the article for Deletion Review at WP:DRV where other editors may decide to overrule this decision. I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, which will be reviewed by other editors. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. Do not create orphaned Talk pages. They will just be deleted. I'm not sure if there is even a WikiProject by the name you used.
