Your submission at Articles for creation: Khin Lay Nwe (October 11)

[edit]
Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by S0091 was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
The comment the reviewer left was:
Sources are primary and/or not independent which includes interviews/what she says about herself. S0091 (talk) 20:07, 11 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Herb Kawainui Kāne, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Quotes must be exact as per MOS:SIC, "canvasses" is a valid American spelling, & do not introduce spaces where they do not belong, such as per MOS:REFSPACE. Peaceray (talk) 13:39, 12 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't do anything in Herb Kawainui Kāne page, The wikipedia show me to learn edit by easy way and let me fix the grammer and santance. So I just take a look there. Thank you (User talk:Peaceray) Maymudra (talk) 17:17, 12 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Your statement that I didn't do anything is contradicted by the following things that you did do:
  1. Altered quotes
  2. Inserted spaces in unnecessary places, such as in file names,
  3. Inserted spaces before references
  4. Replaced the American spelling of "canvasses" with the British spelling of "canvases" in an article about an American artist

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
