Speedy deletion nomination of EclipseSource

[edit]

Hello IndianaJonas,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged EclipseSource for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

EclipseSource moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, EclipseSource, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Just one question: Are you aware that EclipseSource and Eclipse_Foundation is not the same thing? The citations are mainly from Eclipse_Foundation which according to Wikipedia is "The Eclipse Foundation AISBL is an independent, Europe-based not-for-profit corporation that acts as a steward of the Eclipse open source software development community, with legal jurisdiction in the European Union.[1] It is an organization supported by over 350 members, and represents the world's largest sponsored collection of Open Source projects and developers." 2003:C5:8727:A400:998A:6C48:53A2:A45A (talk) 21:43, 5 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
