This is all Anglican Realignment material. He is Bishop over only 18 churches or so, which is not a large leadership role. Comparable leaders in other denominations do not generally have articles unless notable for something else. I suggest adding a bit to International Diocese because this page is not going to pass WP:ANYBIO
