Blocked as a sockpuppet

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively as a sockpuppet of User:Athangkarma per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Athangkarma. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Request reason:

I woud like to say that I am not a sockpuppet and have not engaged in any abusive behavior. The edits I made were intended to develop a page that is important and relevant, and they are based on reliable sources and thorough research. Moreover, since I am a student and we share a same IP address, it seems like we were a sockpuppet which I am not. I understand the concerns about sockpuppetry, but I assure you that my contributions were made in good faith to improve Wikipedia's content. Speedy deletion of Evolution of Child Rights in Bhutan

The page Evolution of Child Rights in Bhutan has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section R2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it was a redirect from the article namespace to a different namespace except the Category, Template, Wikipedia, Help, or Portal namespaces.

Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
