[edit]I added the table to reflect the current composition of the TN legislative assembly. It helps the readers to understand the current party affiliations when compared to the previous election. I got this concept from Next Indian general election. Anbarasan1523 (talk) 06:31, 7 November 2025 (UTC)
- Hi @Anbarasan1523. The 2021 election results are not necessary to be added in tabular format since the comparison with 2026 election will be covered under results section. Also, unlike the Next Indian general election page, all the seats in TN are with the 2 alliances only. There hasn't been any major changes due to defection, so the comparison has no benefit to be added. However, I will add the table for now and let's see if it is objected by other editors since this table is not consistent with previous Indian election pages. [edit]My edit in 2024 elections in India is not disruptive, because many reliable sources confirm that NDA reached majority on their own only in 2024, for the first time since 2014.[1][2] Having control is possible only with majority. Anbarasan1523 (talk) 00:35, 23 November 2025 (UTC)
