February 2025: Do not add unsourced genres
[edit] Hello. Some of your recent genre changes, such as the one you made to Tavo akys, have conflicted with our neutral point of view and/or verifiability policies. While we invite all users to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, we urge all editors to provide reliable sources for edits made. When others disagree, we recommend you seek consensus for certain edits by discussing the matter on the article's talk page. Thank you. Skyversay (talk) 18:08, 21 February 2025 (UTC)
- There are far from many sources regarding the specific genre of each Eurovision song, which is something that needs to be included. My main concern is people forgetting later on and just having it be genre-less. ButI'llBeThereNextTime (talk) 19:10, 21 February 2025 (UTC)
- No, genres don't "need to be included" at all. Genre= should only be included if a reliable source can be found describing it. Skyversay (talk) 04:50, 25 February 2025 (UTC)

I have sent you a note about a page you started
[edit]Hi ButI'llBeThereNextTime. Thank you for your work on Katarsis (band). Another editor, Klbrain, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:
A band that represented Lithuania in the Eurovision Song Contest is almost certainly notable. It's appropriately linked through Wikidata to the 21 other language versions so far. I note that the discography is entirely unreferenced; finding reliable sources for this would be an improvement.
