I understand the issue now. Previously, one of our former employees used this account and unfortunately posted promotional content, which violated Wikipedia's guidelines. I sincerely apologize for that mistake.

Companies don't typically control the content of the articles about them(see WP:OWN); they are typically edited by independent editors. If they do contribute, it should be indirectly via edit requests, and they must disclose that they are company representatives/employees(see WP:COI and WP:PAID).
