Things I like to do
[edit]
  • I spend the vast majority of my time here looking at recent changes to Wikipedia, mostly making sure people aren't vandalizing it.
  • I like to create or expand on articles that I know nothing about. The process of researching a topic I am unfamiliar with and then bringing those references to an article is personally rewarding, I have learned a lot this way and enjoy it. I generally avoid topics that I am attached to.
  • Seeing more women in STEM would benefit us all. I believe having deserving biographies of such notable role models would help. I look at this list for vetted names. Currently, I am working on Draft:Melanie Biggs. You're welcome to help!
  • From time to time, I engage in the AfD process. I have learned the most about Wikipedia's policies from participating in that. It's also where I learned to use and love referencing; there's a good feeling from "rescuing" an article that just needed someone to go in and dig up solid sources for content.
