About me

Despite the number in my username y’all can call me CycoMa (or just Cyco works too). Feel free to pronounce my username however you like. The origin of my username is honestly a mystery even to me.

I’ve been contributing to Wikimedia since the late 2010s when I was a teenager, initially editing as an IP editor. I then created this account in 2020 when I was 18 years old and recently graduated high school.

Can’t say there is really anything interesting to say about myself, I am basically just some typical guy from the United States.

Disability

I do have an official medical diagnosis of ADHD. The dosage used to be higher when I was a teenager then I reduced it down to one pill a day because the high dosage caused mood problems. The medication is effective. It takes time to work its magic, and it wears off at night. There also might be some days I don’t take it at all.

I do have a history of other things.

This includes some mood disorders.

There is also a possibility I might develop schizophrenia soon. I have a family history of it and as of 2025 I am currently in the age range where people typically develop schizophrenia.

I have never had an official medical diagnosis of these things.

I am aware of wp:NOTTHERAPY but I do tell you all of this because my behavior might come off as much for some people and inform you all about the complicated issues I have to deal with.

COI declaration

a doubt that I have family members who have connections with, are serving, or used to serve in the United States Armed Forces. Basically I was a military brat.

My mother is possibly a member of the Hatfield family(Yes the one from the Hatfield-McCoy feud ) and my father other the hand is likely a descendant of Michel Cadotte.

There is evidence for the possibility of both of these, the evidence for my mother’s side is currently based on primary sources.

The reason I say that the ancestry for my father’s side appears more likely is because I know that I have relatives who are registered tribal members (to be a member you have to show evidence of Native American descent) and it is appears to be backed up by a few secondary sources. I drove the library at the Wisconsin Historical Society and saw my great-grandparents in one of the books there.

Keep in mind I don’t know my dad’s family very well.
