Time-to-hire
It has been suggested that this article be merged into Recruiting metrics. (Discuss) Proposed since November 2025. |
In people analytics, time-to-hire (T2H) refers to the time between a job candidate applying and accepting an offer.[1][2][3]
In a competitive job market, time-to-hire may be prolonged as candidates mull their options.[4]
In 2019, the United States Office of Personnel Management started requiring time-to-hire metrics for all new federal hires.[5]
