Merge proposal

There's a set of new short articles articles, the topics of which are mostly covered here. So, I suggest a merge for short text, context and overlap. They would also solve the long-term problem of referencing here. So, there's at least Time-to-hire, Source of hire, Quality of hire and Cost per hire.
