Am I misunderstanding the code?
[edit]The "reason" parameter is wrapped in an if statement but the "talk" parameter is not. Does that mean the talk reference is shown whether or not the editor used the talk parameter, and whether or not there actually is a talk section on the talk page corresponding to the template? I'm asking because I'm wondering whether or not the talk parameter belongs on the {{overcoloured}} template. Thisisnotatest (talk) 21:43, 4 October 2024 (UTC)
Singular vs. plural
[edit]The template reads: "The specific issue is:" But what if I have multiple issues? Do I code multiple "reason" parameters and the template will use a plural verb? Or does there need to be a way to specify the template needs to use a plural verb? Thisisnotatest (talk) 21:25, 28 September 2025 (UTC)
