  • Oppose - It's widely called rent control in English and you can see that from the sources; several dozen of the best sources call it "rent control" while only a single source uses "rent regulation." The former absolutely swamps the latter in ngrams and in something like Google Trends. If we felt a compelling need to force consistency here (I don't), I would argue it ought to be in the opposite direction. CoffeeCrumbs (talk) 21:37, 21 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
