2.**Proposed Change** In the Coaching Career section, please add to the outdated text of "In 2014, he was hired as an assistant offensive line coach for the Tennessee Titans." to "In 2014, he was hired as an assistant offensive line coach for the Tennessee Titans and remained there for 10 seasons. The Titans were back-to-back AFC South champions in 2020 and 2021. The Titans also earned the No. 1 seed in the AFC in 2021, the same year Head Coach Mike Vrabel was named NFL Coach of the Year. Sullivan finished his Titans tenure with a 54-45 record. He was 2-3 in the postseason, including in 2019 when Tennessee played to the AFC Championship Game. He also was part of the offensive coaching staff that helped Derrick Henry to be one of seven backs in NFL history to rush for 2,000 or more yards in a season."
