Line's English name
[edit]I titled the article "Meitetsu Nagoya Line", because I thought its official English name was "Nagoya Line" sans "Main", despite its official Japanese name "名古屋本線" (literally "Nagoya Main Line"). [1] Or, am I missing something? Kzaral 14:11, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
Somebody wrote "Route diagram translated from ja:名鉄名古屋本線 ver. 2008July9 at 09:22 UTC. Cleanup table of stations." on the bottom of the main page but I think it belongs here. As for the title, I think the way it is now (Meitetsu Nagoya Main Line) is ok. Usually "Honsen" lines, like this one, are translated as "X Main Line" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Trains_in_Japan/Style) haplo (talk) 07:30, 21 November 2010 (UTC)
