Merge proposal
[edit]I propose merging Gears of War: Reloaded into Gears of War: Ultimate Edition. The two are essentially the same game, with Reloaded having minimal upgrades/improvements from Ultimate Edition. It is at best, a remaster of a remaster. It is a free upgrade for players of the Ultimate Edition too, as it has no new content addition. This is an unnecessary spinoff of the original article. - Oppose Merge – Gears of War: Reloaded is a full UE5 remake with new features like cross-platform multiplayer, 120 FPS support, and its first-ever PS release making it more than a minor upgrade. It has separate media coverage, technical foundations, and distribution strategy. Past examples like The Last of Us Part I (2022) show that significant remakes deserve standalone articles. - Support The idea that this is a remake is decidedly false, it's created in Unreal Engine 3, not Unreal Engine 5.
