As a rule of thumb, WP:NPROF mostly uses a minimum h-index of 15 and 1000 citations. This author has an h-index of 25, 2200 citations and holds a very prestigious chair at a prestigious university. To expand this a bit further after the articles has just been declined: the academic notability requires one of 8 elements to make the person notable. This is the one I think she fits: "“The person's research has had a significant impact in their scholarly discipline, broadly construed, as demonstrated by independent reliable sources.”

This biography is notable in this sense because the person has been appointed as the CNRS Research Director. CNRS has been the largest fundamental science agency in Europe [1], which means this person's position as research director is prestigious. The link to the CNRS website as well as the MIT Press website (a trusted independant source) confirms this person's position.

Based on this, this article qualifies for notability.

The criteria also includes "a fellow of a major scholarly society which reserves fellow status as a highly selective honor (e.g., Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers or Honorary Fellow of the Institute of Physics)."

This person is was a fellow at the Berkman Klein Center at Harvard University, which is a highly selective honour. The link now provides the Berkman Klein's page for this individual.

Based on this, this article also qualifies for notability.

• Detlevore, Musiani is not the research director of the CNRS, she's a research director with the CNRS. The CNRS has a couple of thousand of such research director, which is simply a rank, more or less equivalent with professor. See French National Centre for Scientific Research#Employment.
