Contested deletion

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (I have rewrote the article to be more 'encyclopedic', removed promotional content. I would like to make it aware that I am not connected to 'Arches Local' or the organisation in any way. I agree that I do not think this qualifies for CSD. It was possibly tagged as such because a previous version of this article was deleted for being promo, but the new version does not seem to have this issue.
