While I would normally support a merge to the table, it does not meet the table criteria. The fire did not exceed 1,000 acres, did not destroy any structures, and did not cause any injuries or fatalities. We could add a summary section and add a brief mention in there, but that is all that could be warranted, in my opinion. Hurricane Wind and Fire (talk) 21:16, 1 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, I'm with Hurricane Wind and Fire - the table has a minimum threshold, which this doesn't meet. If it was at AfD, I'd !vote delete. Maybe it should be sent there? GreenLipstickLesbian💌🦋23:46, 12 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Originally I PROD'd it, but it was removed by @Sangjiinhwa and replaced with a merge proposal, but there was no merge proposal on either page so Klbrain had to begin this merge proposal. I'm split, if we do more research and find out the Flying V Fire spread quickly and affected areas because of an important event during the season that affected other fires, we can add a summary section similar to this and include the Flying V Fire. However, if further research doesn't prove this, it could be sent to AfD. I'll leave a message at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Wildfire in hope more editors find this topic and we can find a thorough-ish consensus.
