Luras (Sardinian: Lùras; Gallurese: Lùris) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Gallura North-East Sardinia in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 190 kilometres (120 mi) north of Cagliari and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) west of Olbia.
Luras borders the following municipalities: Arzachena, Calangianus, Luogosanto, Sant'Antonio di Gallura, Tempio Pausania.
