Aggius (Gallurese: Agghju, Sardinian: Azos) is a town and comune (municipality) in the Province of Gallura North-East Sardinia in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 190 kilometres (120 mi) north of Cagliari and about 35 kilometres (22 mi) west of Olbia. It has a population of 1,398.[3]

Aggius borders the following municipalities: Aglientu, Bortigiadas, Tempio Pausania, Trinità d'Agultu e Vignola, Viddalba.

As of 2025, Aggius has a population of 1,398, of whom 48.1% are male and 51.9% are female, compared to the nationwide average of 49.0% and 51.0% respectively. Minors make up 11.7% of the population, and seniors make up 31.3%, compared to the Italian average of 14.9% and 24.7% respectively.[3]
