TezJet Airlines is an airline with its head office in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. TezJet operates primarily out of the Manas International Airport.

It and Air Manas have provided regular domestic and international passenger air traffic.[1] In 2019 it flew flights out of Bishkek including to Batken three times a week.[2]

TezJet, along with all other airlines based in Kyrgyzstan is on the List of air carriers banned in the European Union.

Accidents

  • On 1st March 2018, an Avro RJ-85 registration EX-27005, operating as TezJet flight K9107 from Bishkek to Batken, suffered an unconfined engine failure on the number 1 engine during takeoff out of Bishkek. The crew shut down the affected engine and touched down in Bishkek roughly 35 minutes later. No passengers or crew were harmed in this incident.[3]
