Sam Bayat Makoo is a Quebec-licensed attorney specializing in international immigration law.^[1] He is the founder of Bayat Legal Services and has contributed to legal publications on corporate immigration.^[2]

Bayat Makoo was previously president of the International Section of the Canadian Bar Association (Quebec branch).^[2]
