Draft:Roger Dahrieh
Submission declined on 30 September 2025 by Bearcat (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Comment: The footnotes here are not leading to reliable source coverage about Roger Dahrieh, but to an article about the president of Lebanon meeting with the President of Ireland, an article about a music award being presented to singers, and a simple directory of Roger Dahrieh's own bylined contributions to a news outlet.
You don't make a journalist notable by citing sources where he was the bylined author of coverage about other things, you make a journalist notable by citing sources where he was the written-about subject of content written by other people.
Also, please note our conflict of interest rules, which strongly militate against starting your own autobiographical article about yourself. Bearcat (talk) 16:06, 30 September 2025 (UTC)
