Remy Bond (born 27 March 2004) is an American singer-songwriter. Her music is known for its tropical, Americana, 1950s, and old Hollywood references. Bond is an upcoming artist, releasing her first single in 2023, and later reaching 17 million streams of her hit song Summer Song on Spotify and a spot on Billboard's "21 Under 21" in 2025.[1][2] She began making music after getting an Omnichord in high school, and currently has been involving her younger sister Olivia Bond in her career. Her latest activities include releasing No One in July 2025 and completing "The Star Shaped Baby Tour" in the same month. Presently, Bond is working on her debut album in Austria with producer Jules Apollinaire.
Birth and early life
[edit]Remy Bond was born on 27 March 2004 to parents Jon Bond and Rebecca Bradshaw, who married in 2003. She grew up in West Village,[3] a neighborhood of New York City. She acted in 2013 as a little girl in the short film A Dream of Flying, Janet in 30 Rock, and in 2014 as a student in The Heart, She Holler.[4] Her family owned a home in the Hamptons, which appeared in Architectural Digest in 2014.[5] In 2018, Bond and her sister Olivia competed on season 6 of MasterChef Junior as their first sibling duo. She continued her love for culinary arts on YouTube, and still makes macaroons.[6] Photos and videos posted by Bond's mother show Bond in her younger and teenage years singing and behind-the-scenes at her studio in New York's Lower East Side.[7] Bond's love for music was inspired during her childhood by her parents' music tastes, especially when they threw parties, and how Bond did not have a cellphone until she was older, relying on CDs to curate a unique music taste.[3]
Career
[edit]
Bond took a greater interest in music and got an Omnichord, which Bond credits David Bowie and her love for Japanese culture as her inspiration for the instrument. Bond was kicked out of boarding school, and following that used her money on Fiverr to send early demos of her music to producers.[3] Bond became fixated on making her own music, and released End of the World and Benzo Queen in 2023 at the age of 19. At this time, she also had a studio in Paris.[8] Bond then worked with Jean-Benoît Dunckel in Paris on her most popular song, Summer Song, which released on 28 June 2024, which reached over 17 million stream on Spotify as of July 2025.[2] Bond then began getting compared to Lana Del Rey for their similar styles, but said, "People can say what they want. I think it's a compliment." Bond is also a fan of unreleased music of Lana Del Rey. On 9 August 2024, Bond held her first show at the The Roxy in Los Angeles, which consisted of her released songs and multiple unreleased songs. Bond then released Paris and San Francisco on 16 August 2024, Star Shaped Baby on 27 September, followed by Red, White and Blue on 8 November. On 1 January 2025, she released Simple Girl, followed by Moviestar on 23 May and lately No One on 25 July. She went on a tour through the United States from 1–27 June and then in Europe from 1–12 July, called "The Star Shaped Baby Tour". She then performed in Berlin at Lollapalooza after she ended her tour on 12 and 13 July 2025.[9][10] Bond has an online merch shop, selling hoodies, t-shirts, zip-up shirts and vests, and crop- and tube- tops.[11] Bond currently works with her label Warner Brothers and French producer Jules Apollinaire; her publisher is Sony and management is Hallwood Media. Her debut studio album is currently being worked on with Apollinaire in Austria.[6][12][13][1]

Inspiration, fashion, and videos
[edit]Bond's inspiration includes people like Sharon Tate, Elvis Presley, ABBA, Carmen Miranda, Sofia Coppola, vintage cinematics and dancers, and old Hollywood that she grew up watching. She also uses elements of Americana, "Tropicana" (defined by tropical themes, especially Hawaiian), and ideas from the hippie culture. Bond and her sister wear blonde, wavy, beehive-style wigs with faux flower clips. Her fashion was revealed in a YouTube video titled Wildflower Girls: Inside Remy Bond's Closet, and Bond usually wears slip-style dresses with halter necklines, usually adorned with floral, tropical patterns and ruffled edges. Bond also wears vintage-inspired satin dresses and fur-trimmed robes inspired by the 1970s and 80s and rhinestone dresses and jumpsuits inspired by ABBA.[14] Her music videos consist of visuals of the 1950s and 1960s and vintage-inspired themes, including Bond wearing a replica of the wedding dress of Sharon Tate, mid-century modern furniture, Las Vegas weddings, disco, film camera shots, pool parties, showdance, palm trees, peace signs, polaroid images and cameras, and headbands.[15][16][17][18]
Personal life and views
[edit]On 13 June 2025, Remy was seen on tour with the words "Fuck ICE" (stylized in capitals) written in marker on her left upper arm and dropped one of her friends for supporting Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in the 2024 United States election.[6][19] She is currently single, and is interested in English men, saying that every man in Los Angeles is gay. Bond said that she can't afford furniture as she bought the sign of the Chelsea Hotel in New York using all of her money. She also is known to vape, and also consuming shrooms while writing music.[6]
