Parviz Nadjafov is an Azerbaijani sports organizer and co-founder of Footland, a sports development company based in Baku. He is known for organizing the Real Madrid Foundation Clinics in Azerbaijan[1][2][3] and for founding official Real Madrid CF supporters’ clubs in Azerbaijan and Canada.

Career
[edit]In 2007, Nadjafov founded Peña Madridista Baku, the first officially recognized Real Madrid supporters’ club in Azerbaijan.[4]
In 2014, while living in Canada, he established Peña Madridista Vancouver, making him the first person to found official Real Madrid supporters’ clubs in both Azerbaijan and Canada.
Footland and the Real Madrid Foundation Clinics
[edit]In 2023, Nadjafov co-founded Footland LLC with Zeynal Karimzada.[5] The company partnered with VISA and ABB Bank to host the Real Madrid Foundation Clinics in Azerbaijan.[6]

The clinics are run by coaches from the Real Madrid Foundation and follow the club’s training methodology. Participants are eligible to compete in the Real Madrid Foundation World Challenge in Madrid, an annual youth tournament with teams from multiple countries.[5][7]
As of 2025, Footland and VISA have announced plans to expand the clinics to additional countries in the region.[5]
Other activities
[edit]Nadjafov has attended Real Madrid supporters’ events in Spain, including the II Encuentro de Peñas Internacionales in Madrid in 2023.[8]
