Parviz Nadjafov is an Azerbaijani entrepreneur, football development advocate, and co-founder of Footland. He is known for introducing the Real Madrid Foundation Clinics to Azerbaijan[1], and for founding official Real Madrid CF supporters’ clubs (Peñas) in Azerbaijan and Canada.

He is a community leader within the global Real Madrid fanbase and a strong advocate for grassroots football initiatives. Nadjafov co-founded Footland, a sports development organization, with the mission of bringing elite football training programs to young athletes in Azerbaijan.
Early Contributions to Real Madrid Culture
[edit]In 2007, Nadjafov founded Peña Madridista Baku, the first officially recognized Real Madrid supporters' club in Azerbaijan. The Peña has organized fan events, match screenings, and local outreach activities aimed at growing the Madridista community in the country.
In 2014, while living in Canada, he founded Peña Madridista Vancouver, making him the first person to establish official Real Madrid supporters’ clubs in both Azerbaijan and Canada.
Footland and the Real Madrid Foundation Clinics
[edit]In 2023, Nadjafov co-founded Footland LLC with his business partner Zeynal Karimzada. The Baku-based company formed a multi-year partnership with VISA and ABB Bank (Azerbaijan International Bank) to bring the Real Madrid Foundation Clinics to Azerbaijan.

The clinics are led by certified coaches from the Real Madrid Foundation and are designed to offer youth players professional-level training based on the club’s methodology. In addition to technical skills, the program emphasizes values such as teamwork, respect, and discipline.
Each year, the best-performing participants from the clinics are selected to represent Azerbaijan at the Real Madrid Foundation World Challenge in Madrid, where they compete with youth players from over 40 countries.
As of 2025, Footland and VISA are preparing to expand the Foundation Clinics to two additional countries in the region.
He also participated in the II Encuentro de Peñas Internacionales in Madrid.[2]

Future Plans
[edit]Parviz Nadjafov continues to advocate for Real Madrid’s sporting values and youth development globally. His current goal is to establish a permanent Real Madrid Foundation Football Program in Baku to offer year-round training and community programming for aspiring athletes in the region.
