Obi Ebuka David is a Nigerian technology entrepreneur and artificial intelligence researcher based in Houston, Texas, United States. He co-founded Prembly (formerly IdentityPass), a Y Combinator-backed identity verification company, and later founded Autogon AI, a no-code artificial intelligence platform.[1][2]

Early life and education

David earned an Ordinary National Diploma in Computer Science from the School of Basic Studies (2009–2011) and a BSc in Computer Science from Adekunle Ajasin University (2011–2015). He later obtained a master’s degree in Information Technology and completed further coursework at Georgia Southern University in Software Engineering.[3]

Career

In 2020 David co-founded Prembly (IdentityPass), which provides identity verification services in emerging markets. By 2023, the company reported serving hundreds of businesses across multiple African countries and had raised venture funding.[4]

In 2023 he founded Autogon AI, a platform offering no-code tools for building artificial intelligence solutions. Autogon AI has been reported as working with clients in finance, healthcare, and marketing and has received seed backing from Fast Forward Venture Studio.[5]

Research

David has been associated with AI research projects, including collaborations on drug discovery and medical imaging.[6] Details of these projects have appeared in industry media but may require independent secondary sources for verification.
