Draft:NonCensored Podcast
Submission declined on 26 June 2025 by LR.127 (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of web content). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Comment: Many of the sources seem to be interviews with Rosie Holt, which is not independent. LR.127 (talk) 15:35, 26 June 2025 (UTC)
NonCensored is a weekly news-focused parody podcast created by Rosie Holt and Brendan Murphy, produced by Ed Morrish.[1].
Concept
[edit]NonCensored is a parody of conservative talk shows such as Piers Morgan Uncensored, political pundits like Julia Hartley-Brewer and the output of the British right-wing press and broadcasters such as Talk TV and GB News[2].
The podcast is hosted by the fictional right-wing pundit Harriet Langlet-Swindon (played by Rosie Holt) and her centerist brother-in-law Producer Martin (played by Brendan Murphy)[3].
Each episode covers the main news stories of the week while featuring a rolling cast of guest comedians who appear as a variety of fictional commentators and celebrity guests, alongside regular contributor Eshaan Akbar's Hot and Spicy Take of the Week[4]. Regular guest comedians include: Joz Norris, Sooz Kempner, Will Sebag-Montifiore, Davina Bentley, Marcus Brigstocke, Susan Harrison, Oliver Izod, Luke Kempner and Lewis MacLeod.
The show has often featured long-form interviews with real celebrities[5]. Guests have included: James O'Brien, Stewart Lee, David Baddiel, Rachel Parris, Owen Jones, Iain Dale, Mark Steel and Sanjeev Bhaskar[6].
Reception
[edit]The show has been met with positive reviews for its humour, creativity, and the variety of guest comedians featured each week. The Guardian described the show as a "glorious satirical podcast"[7] and The Observer called it "weirdly real, yet relentlessly silly"[8]
Accolades
[edit]The show was nominated for The Comedy Award at the Radio Academy’s Audio and Radio Industry Awards (formerly The Sony Radio Awards)[9].
