Mohamed Ishfan (born 10 October 2000) is a Maldivian actor and model, recognized for his work in cinema, television, and OTT platforms. He began his career as a model and television presenter before moving into acting. Ishfan is noted for his performances in the series Miraee and Imtihaan, as well as his film debut in Kanbalhi.[1]
Early life and career
[edit]Ishfan was born on 10 October 2000. He entered the entertainment industry at the age of 17, working as a model and television presenter for ICE TV.[2] Before fully pursuing acting, he also worked as a cabin crew member for Trans Maldivian Airways.[3]
At 18, he made his official acting debut in a music video produced by Azhan Ibrahim.[4]
Acting career
[edit]Ishfans role in the Baiskoafu OTT series Miraee, where he played the character Tony.
He later took on a lead role in Imtihaan (Medianet), playing Shiyaan,.[5] Ishfan made his cinema debut in the feature film Kanbalhi, directed by Ille, in which he portrayed Saamih. The film premiered in 2024.[6]
