Career

[edit]

At 15, while completing his GCSEs, Minter was scouted by Oxford United, then competing in League Two. He received an extended schoolboy scholarship and performed well for the under-18 team, even training with the first team. He transferred into non-league football, joining Hayes and Yeading in the Conference. During this period, he represented England Schoolboys at the under-19 level, participating in a tournament in Italy.

Minter's dedication and resilience eventually led to his first professional contract with Harrogate Town in September 2020, at the age of 25..[1][2] This opportunity came after a period where he had considered leaving football. On 1 July 2021, Minter signed for Chesterfield Football Club, in the National League.[3][4][5][6][7]

In addition to his football career, Minter has been involved in digital content creation. He has collaborated with brands like Adidas, Nike, SkyBet, Skechers Football, Under Armour & many household mainstream names. Minter starred on the television programme Soccer AM as he faced shots from celebrities and former players.

Minter signed for Brentwood Town in January 2023.[citation needed]
