Introduction

The company provides nearshore software development, staff augmentation, quality assurance, test automation, and cloud services. It operates primarily in The Americas and works with clients in various international markets.[1]
History
[edit]Jalasoft was founded in 2001 by Jorge López Lafuente, who had previously worked in Silicon Valley. The company began with six engineers and has expanded to employ over 1,000 professionals across several countries.[2]
Jalasoft supports Jala University, an educational initiative that trains software engineers in Latin America.[3]
Services
[edit]Jalasoft’s services include software development and software testing, covering both maintenance and new development in technologies such as .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript, and machine learning. The company’s main engagement model is staff augmentation, embedding software developers, QA engineers, and DevOps specialists into client teams.[4]
