Established in 1987 as Servo Dynamics Pte Ltd, the company distributed motion control components from Japanese manufacturers.[3] It listed on the Singapore Exchange in 2005, raising S$8.7 million.[3]
Post-IPO expansion (2005–2017)
The company expanded into China with a Suzhou manufacturing facility in 2010.[4] Its 2017 dual listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange coincided with increased regional automation demand.[5]
Recent activities (2018–present)
ISDN entered renewable energy with Indonesian hydropower projects, including a 10 MW plant operational since 2022.[6] The company reported S$403.2 million revenue in 2023 amid regional supply chain adjustments.[7]

The company distributes motion control components such as servo motors and programmable logic controllers through partnerships with manufacturers including Harmonic Drive, Maxon Motor, and Schneider Electric.[8][9][10]
