Gold Lake is a lake in Halifax County, Nova Scotia.[1] Its bordering lakes is Big Ass Lake and Gold Lake Stillwater.[2] It is approximately 60 kilometres from Halifax and about 33 kilometres from Sheet Harbour.[3][4]
Geography
[edit]The lake’s inflow and outflow is Gold lake stillwater and Big Ass Lake. The coordinates is 44° 55′ 32″ N, 62° 55′ 58″ W.[1] It has no islands.[2]
Near the lake, there is wetlands, forests, plains and rocks.[2]
It was formally named in December 12, 1939.[1]
