Production
[edit]Gabriel and the Guardians is developed by Colossul Studio who and is animated by Tiger Animation who has made popular animated shows such as X-Men '97, Invincible, and Castlevania.[1] The series was anime inspired and was based on ancient Hebrew texts and will be a reimagining of the Book of Genesis which will be Genesis chapter 6 and other Mesopotamian texts.[2][failed verification] Colossul Studio partnered with Robot Playground Media which will co-produce the series.[3] The series has been under develoment since 2020 with some pre-production two years ago.[citation needed] They gathered an all-known cast which includes Johnny Yong Bosch, Cristina Vee, James Arnold Taylor, Matt Lanter, and Cristina Milizia.[1][4]

[edit]The series streamed on Angel Studios on February 12, 2024 and consists of 13 episodes.[2]
