[edit]Dexatel was founded in 2015 in Tallinn, Estonia, by Gegham Azatyan and Lilia Yeghiazaryan. The company began with core Voice and SMS API products and gradually expanded its capabilities to include additional messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, and others. Over time, Dexatel evolved into a full-fledged Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider, offering a suite of solutions for customer verification, engagement, and omnichannel messaging.
Early operations were run from Yerevan, Armenia. The company focused on building its core communication services during these first years.[1]
