Comment: Thank you for sharing your WP:THREE on the talk page. Unfortunately the two I can access do not really provide substantial coverage, and even if the third article in the Times does (and the title doesn't suggest it does), I don't think that would be enough. Maybe it's just WP:TOOSOON? Lijil (talk) 21:56, 21 June 2025 (UTC)
Comment: I can't see that she passes Wikipedia:Notability_(people)#Creative_professionals (which includes journalists) or WP:ENTERTAINER. Please familiarise yourself with these pages before amending the draft. If you feel you can meet these requirements, then please make the necessary amendments before resubmitting the page. It would help our volunteer reviewers by identifying, on the draft's talk page, the WP:THREE best sources that establish notability of the subject. It would also be helpful if you could please identify with specificity, exactly which criteria you believe the page meets (eg "I think the page now meets WP:NACTOR criteria #3, because XXXXX"). Also, if you have any connection to the subject, including being the subject (see WP:AUTOBIO) or being paid, you have a conflict of interest that you must declare on your Talk page (to see instructions on how to do this please click the link). Lijil (talk) 11:58, 17 June 2025 (UTC)
Comment: Your attempt at referencing fails. One is a dead link, others are playbills, others interviews, one is Facebook (absolutely not, please) the remainder are announcements or passing mentions. I cannot see one useful reference here. WP:ROTM radio presented. 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 08:41, 16 October 2024 (UTC)
Comment: Every single statement must be cited. How do you know the details in the Early Life section? Also, the sources do not currently show she passes WP:NENTERTAINER. Qcne (talk) 15:33, 16 April 2024 (UTC)

In 2024, she appeared in the critically acclaimed documentary Getting It Back: The Story of Cymande, reinforcing her presence in UK music culture beyond radio.
Career
[edit]Grant began her broadcasting career under the pseudonym "Anne Frankenstein", initially hosting jazz and soul shows on Jazz FM. In January 2022, she announced she would begin using her real name professionally.[1]
She joined BBC Radio 6 Music as a regular presence across the station's schedule before becoming the co-host of New Music Fix Daily—a weekday programme focused on new music discovery.[2][3]
Her work on the station has been highlighted in mainstream media. The Guardian included her in coverage of the BBC’s evolving weekend programming, listing her among high-profile presenters such as Lauren Laverne and Annie Mac.[4] In a 2025 article, The Times acknowledged her rise at the station following the departure of co-host Tom Ravenscroft, noting that she had "risen through the ranks" at 6 Music.[5]
In 2024, Grant appeared in the documentary Getting It Back: The Story of Cymande, which chronicles the legacy of the British funk group Cymande. The film received critical acclaim, and her participation was noted by reviewers.[6] She also hosted a Q&A event with the band at the British Film Institute in London.[7]
Grant is also a contributor to The Big Issue, where she writes about music, albums, and live events.[8]
Early life
[edit]Grant was born in Dublin, Ireland. She developed an interest in music in her teens and began DJing while still a student.[9]
