Basic Models^[1] is a modelling agency based in Singapore. It was founded in 2012 by Bonita Ma and Alex Lee^[2]. The agency offers services in modelling and talent management, and is involved in the fashion, commercial, editorial, and lifestyle sectors. Basic Models is known for developing local talent and has represented individuals who have worked on international campaigns and runways. The agency also promotes diversity in the modelling industry.

History

Basic Models was started in 2012 from a home office with one model agent. The agency aimed to discover and develop local modelling talent and raise the visibility of Singaporean models regionally and internationally.
