APAC Tower is a mixed-use complex (office and retail)[5][6] located at Watthana District, Bangkok, Thailand.[7] Developed by APAC Land, the project was completed in 2025 and has approximately 35,000 square meters of lettable space, including office areas and a retail section called Ekkamai Corner.[8]
History
[edit]The site of APAC Tower was previously occupied by a Ban-Rai coffee shop and a Sukhumvit Honda showroom before being redeveloped into the current mixed-use complex. Planning began in the early 2020s, and construction was completed in 2025.[9][10]
Location and transportation
[edit]APAC Tower is situated at the corner of Sukhumvit and Ekkamai roads, with access to the BTS Ekkamai Station.[11]
Ekkamai Corner
[edit]Ekkamai Corner is the retail section[12] of APAC Tower, which includes food and beverage outlets such as Kao Piak Sen[13] and Tonkatsu Aoki.[14]
Tenants
[edit]The building houses notable tenants such as Mazda Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd.,[15] TOA Electronics (Thailand)[16], Asia Pulp & Paper (APP).[17]
