Abhijeet Bahadure is an Indian watercolor artist and painter based in Nagpur, known for his rural and landscape scenes rendered in delicate tones and brushwork.[1] [2]
Early life
[edit]Bahadure trained as a mechanical engineer and voluntarily left the profession to continue painting.[3][4]
Work
[edit]Bahadure’s work is based mainly on Indian rural life, depicting village landscapes, cottages, carts, rivers, and pastoral scenes. His other works include detailed pen and ink art.[5] He also taught painting to over 1,000 students through workshops and classes.[6]
Recognition
[edit]In 2024, Abhijeet Bahadure was invited as an artist by the Japan International Watercolor Institute (JIWI).[7] [2]
