World Butchers Challenge
The World Butchers Challenge (WBC) is an annual international Butchery competition bringing together national teams of professional butchers who compete in a timed challenges the competition began around 2011 between Australia and New Zealand (initially known as a Trans‑Tasman challenge).[1][2][3][4][5][6]
