Topic is notable, but article needs some formatting work. First usage of the article title in the main body needs to be bolded, inline citations should be outside of punctuation marks, redlinked topics should not be included in "see also" list (please see WP:MOS). The article also seems a little under-sourced to me, but that could be fixed and there is plenty of room for expansion. So this article is workable but not quite there yet.
