Hello TheBirdShedTears.

I would like you to review Draft:Jaey Price

Article Deletion for References

[edit]

You have deleted a page that I contributed in, because of the referencing that I have used, because they were routine press releases. I want to learn about it more, as I have used the Press Releases as a reference only for routine updates, and also I have used other types of references as well, like reviews and exclusive articles as well. I would like to learn more on specific references. Labib980 (talk) 09:39, 11 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

(talk page watcher) @Labib980: Your draft article Draft:FundedNext was not deleted. It was declined because of the issues documented in the draft review notes at the top of the article.
Press releases or any other materials written by your company are primary sources and can't establish its notability. We have no interest in what a company wishes to say about itself. We require evidence of non-trivial coverage from multiple reliable sources that have no personal, political or financial interest in your company. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 16:26, 11 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Article Muhannad Shono

[edit]

Dear @TheBirdsShedTears, I hope you are well. You have declined my article on Saudi artist Muhannad Shono for not citing verifyable sources, but I have referenced several published books with ISBN and even page numbers. Can you please advise on what I can edit to have the article approved please? Thank you. Kind regards, Ana Anasophiesh (talk) 09:25, 17 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft relies mostly on primary sources. You'll need reliable and independent sources as well what a source "closely associated" with the subject say is not enough on its own. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 09:50, 17 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for your prompt reply! I have removed non notable exhibitions (commercial galleries) and some primary sources. But there are already quite a number of reliable sources, like websites of third parties and published books as references. These are not closely associated with the subject. For example, if the artist participates in an exhibition at the British Museum and the Museum published a comprehensive catalogue with ISBN in collaboration with a publisher/distributor, this is a third-party source, right? Also if newspapers and magazines publish articles in relation to the artist's work, these are independent, correct? Thank you again! Anasophiesh (talk) 09:27, 23 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Ajit Singh Sandhu article

[edit]

Hey, I'm currently working on actually placing the references within the document but I had a question. A large part of my article is based off interviews with the subject's wife and his daughter. These are all completely objective parts, though (eg: his love for bhangra, excelling at police competitions, being trapped on a roof for three days, etc.). How would I cite these? Also do I change the <ref.> or </ref> to imbed the references where they are used?(the period is just there so I'd doesn't actually imbed anything lol) Thanks. BEAANNNS (talk) 20:00, 20 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

BEAANNNS If you think the interview is useful, you may add it. Pease note, interviews lack editorial insights. And for guidance on how to cite sources, see Wikipedia:Citing sources. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 02:45, 21 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Can I ask why this was created as a separate article to Ghalib? The latter is less than 4,000 words long. It would be more suitable to expand that article, instead of creating a new one. ~~ AirshipJungleman29 (talk) 14:17, 30 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I created this article to give more space to the details of his life. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 15:26, 30 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

HI Assalam O Alikum You Pakistani Jamees Root (talk) 11:29, 9 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Jamees Root, W/A. I don't usually talk about personal details here. Nice to meet you. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 15:39, 9 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, okay, I have a question for you. You are a famous person who created a page for me. And I submitted it. So you have decided. I want to change it, what should I do if it becomes reddit for the main page, so that I can fix the problem I am facing in it. Jamees Root (talk) 04:15, 10 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Jamees Root, could you clarify what you mean by "..person who created a page for me"? The phrasing is unclear and may be interpreted as possible undisclosed paid editing or conflict of interest. Regarding your draft: i declined it because it relies on potentially unreliable sources. To establish notability, you'll need to provide at least three best reliable sources such as news articles, books, or magazines, rather than user-generated sites (e.g., IMDb), blogs, or other movie databases. @TheBirdsShedTears:Sir, keeping in mind the policy of Wikipedia, I wanted to create her page because she is famous on IMDb Farhan Rana Rajpoot and other platforms.Moviefone Trackt.Tv CustomerThink Lavanguardia.com cine.com kinobaza.com I had done a complete study of her before creating this page. After that, when I searched her name on Google, her name came up a lot with the name Farha Rana Rajpoot. Of course, you can also check it out. @TheBirdsShedTears: And the most important thing is that these are very big platforms. I checked all their records and then created their page. You can check it yourself.
