Redneck Revolt

[edit]

Ok, there's no source saying it's no longer in existence. But I can find no evidence for it since 2018. Doug Weller talk 14:13, 28 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The rest of the article uses present tense, as it should unless there is positive evidence that the group has gone inactive. —swpbT • beyond • mutual 17:37, 28 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
So it doesn’t matter if what the article says isn’t true. Doug Weller talk 17:53, 28 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
That's obviously not what I said. "Was" (without an "as of year") is a positive assertion that the group dissolved, and that needs citation. "Is" is at worst outdated, and we have no evidence of even that. —swpbT • beyond • mutual 20:07, 28 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I don’t see the difference you see. Doug Weller talk 06:28, 29 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Template:NPVIC chart/x-axis

[edit]

I was looking at the markup for Template:NPVIC chart/x-axis, and in this snip:

''''{{str rightc|{{#expr: ({{{year-interval}}}*{{{1}}}-{{{year-interval}}})+2006}} |2}}'''

it looks to me like the first four apostrophes should actually be three apostrophes. But you're the author and I don't really understand template-ese. Would you please take a look at this? —Anomalocaris (talk) 05:41, 3 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The "extra" apostrophe is meant to be there, to appear in abbreviated year labels. E.g., 2015 is abbreviated as '15, the apostrophe indicating the elision of the first two digits. —swpbT • beyond • mutual 15:02, 3 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]
