I think the mention of FairVote is noteworthy, seeing as it is the legislation they push for and that they worked out.
Perhaps they shouldn't have a whole section to themselves, but I think they should be mentioned somewhere on the page. Slomo666 (talk) 20:59, 27 August 2025 (UTC)
- If they are mentioned in reputable sources related to the bill, then that would be worth mentioning but it was an entirely unsourced section so it wasn’t clear whether or not they should be mentioned. The entire bill also could use more reliable sources to establish that it is notable Superb Owl (talk) 22:35, 27 August 2025 (UTC)
- one example would be their visuals being on Beyer's page: beyer.house.gov/uploadedfiles/the_fair_representation_act_one-pager.pdf
- or Beyer explicitly mentioning them in his press release https://beyer.house.gov/news/documentsingle.aspx?DocumentID=8604
- |"Reps. Scott Peters (D-CA), Jim McGovern (D-MA), and Ro Khanna (D-CA) are co-sponsors of the Fair Representation Act.
- The legislation is supported by organizations including FairVote Action, RepresentUs, RepresentWomen, Rank the Vote, NETWORK Lobby for Catholic Social Justice, National Council of Jewish Women, Bridge Alliance Education Fund, People Power United, Divided We Fall, 7th Generation Labs, DemCast USA, National Black Justice Coalition, More Equitable Democracy Action, Voices for Progress, United Church of Christ, Voter Choice Massachusetts, N.C. For The People Action, League of Women Voters Rogue Valley, Ocean State RCV, Vote Nevada, FairVote Minnesota, Ranked Choice Voting Maryland, Rank The Vote Ohio, Voter Choice Arizona, Better Ballot NC, NH Ranked Choice Voting, Better Ballot SC."
- perhaps you would not consider this reputable, but they are also mentioned here:https://thefulcrum.us/electoral-reforms/fair-representation-act-2667582650
- Is this enough?

- Press releases are usually not good sources. I think the Fulcrum might be notable enough Superb Owl (talk) 23:02, 27 August 2025 (UTC)
Review of journalist's article
[edit]Hi, I work for journalist Vicky Ward. I recently rewrote her career section in my sandbox to add many more citations and improve the organization all while removing promotional phrases. I am looking for an editor who can review it and replace the current section if they think it meets all policies and criteria. Since I have a conflict of interest I won't do this myself, but I would appreciate your feedback. Thank you! Tatianacooper16 (talk) 19:53, 5 September 2025 (UTC)
