This is the first wiki edit I have made in 14 years, a tribute to you, a fantastic editor and human. Why are we drawn to this candlelight? Since those years, The USA and Eire swapped places on abortion, imagine the Rio Grande will flow into the Shannon soon. The feral pigs will frolic with flamingos, the tricolor becomes pink. I can't really tell what I will do, I came back just to send an email to Jeanne who I miss also, but I can't send you one, so this. Wow! Long time, etc. Most of the old set are retired, banned or otherwise absent. I'm only paddling in the Wiki shallows these days. Gone are the carefree days of travelling the country - even this little one! Great to see you're still with us. I'm not sure I could find an email address - many computers and phones have come and gone since in the past 14 years...and 40 is now in the rearview mirror. Yeah, little country enormous heart. I've used various ruses to convince myself I'm bigger than all the slings and arrows and oligarchs, walking miles a day seems to help. I use our mapping friend from Britain, the OS Maps app, to plot mileage and walk away the hours. Got too heavy, +115 kilo blob at one point but walking keeps me at true fighting weight, clears the mind. I'm imagining I'm the vanguard of a pedestrian army that will sweep all the mean drivers in their exoskeleton sedans from power. I'm a song on Sgt. Pepper in age until October.
One other difference that may matter to the old set if they are listening: I was adopted, didn't know my ancestry back in 2010. With a swab, I found out a few years ago I am nearly as British as Jimmy Wales. Talk about tiny, just one or two drops of Irish in me. Plus, I found out a few of those English folks got here to Massachusetts at the very beginning, so I have tons of guilt over displacing the natives, seriously affects me now. A lot to think about. That email is sswonk and gmail if you want, which is probably not any more private to governments than this public exchange.
On editing, I am sort of numb, just worried about my ability to stir argument. I want to let it go, chill, but. Search You Tube to clarify, Buggin' Out on video id = sPHOpLG91bo (a straight URL to that video got blacklisted by the Wiki couldn't post sorry)
