Removal of information
[edit]Hi, why did you remove facts from Perpetual Student page, please? We in Czech republic have provable recordman in number of university titles Mr. Leo Salvet (Leo Salvet je rekordman v počtu vysokoškolských titulů. Největší zábava prý bylo studium ekonomie | Střední Čechy) as well as another people (for example me, I can send you my diplomas). I was not able to add references into the page but this couldn't be a reason to remove true data. Best regards Ivana 109.81.162.26 (talk) 20:07, 8 June 2025 (UTC)
- This edit and this edit to Perpetual student added non-notable people to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. See Help:Your first article for further details, although I'd caution against writing articles about yourself. Please also note that content on Wikipedia must be verifiable with a reliable source, or it may be removed. Thank you, Referentis (talk) 20:44, 8 June 2025 (UTC)
Hi, This is to bring to your kind attention that an user named Jamali287 has been deleting parts of edited referenced segments in the S-400 page without proper references of his own, despite previous warnings and a 31 hour ban. You have warned him previously too. I have tried reasoning with him but failed. Please take requisite actions. AbhijnanGhosh87 (talk) 19:47, 11 June 2025 (UTC)
- AbhijnanGhosh87, it appears that you are in a content dispute with this editor. I'd recommend discussing content disputes on the article's talk page to try to reach a consensus. If you are unable to agree, you may wish to read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Thanks, Referentis (talk) 21:32, 11 June 2025 (UTC)
Hawkeye Marching Band
[edit]Hello! I was wondering what was the reasoning with removing the updated information to the “Annual Trombone-Trumpet Football Game” under the Traditions category? I stated that I am a member of the Hawkeye Marching Band (specifically in the Trumpet section), and wanted to update the information.
Must I verify my credentials? (or is that doing too much, being only a Wikipedia page to a marching band LOL)
Thanks!
- Thomathyy (talk) 22:46, 17 June 2025 (UTC)
- Thomathyy, this edit to Hawkeye Marching Band introduced content without a reliable source, see my edit summary here. I also left a message on your talk page here with further information. Please note that content on Wikipedia must be verifiable with a reliable source, or it may be removed. I'd also recommend reading Wikipedia's conflict of interest guideline, and I've left a message on your talk page here with further details. Thanks, Referentis (talk) 23:00, 17 June 2025 (UTC)

Edit request for Bruce Wagner due to COI
[edit]Hi, I have a conflict of interest, so I'm not editing the article directly. I've created a draft here: User:PenAsASword/Sandbox. Would an experienced editor please review and consider incorporating this information? It is citations for information already in the article, additional links that were missing, and new information on the subject. I also linked to all the books, but if you don't want Amazon links, feel free not to use those.
You requested I submit my info in a specific way, but I have not heard back, so just sending your way again. Thank you!
Everything of the original Bruce Wagner wiki page is in my draft, and there I made edits, so all of the links are there. It could be easily just copy and pasted to make your job easier! Here's the format you requested of the edits.
