Why has this article been nominated for deletion?

This article is about a film production company that has been producing movies for the past two decades in Malayalam, an Indian regional language. So far, the company has produced nearly 20 films. All of these films have individual Wikipedia pages that are linked to this company’s page. Given this, I would like to understand the reason for the deletion nomination. Can you please point out what contribution felt like advertising.. All the contribution to the article is about the production house. They are reputed production house in Malayalam film industry.. Over the years, Galaxy Films has grown into one of the leading production houses in Malayalam cinema, delivering several major box-office successes. The film’s music, composed by Vidyasagar, became a massive hit, with all the songs achieving cult status and continuing to enjoy popularity even today. Galaxy Films has had the rare privilege of collaborating with both of Malayalam cinema’s legendary superstars— Mohanlal and Mammootty— a dream for any production house in the industry. Those are all facts, brother. If any of the wording is incorrect, I’m open to changing it. But let me clarify something—Vidyasagar is a legendary music composer in South Indian cinema. If a production house has collaborated with him, it’s only natural to mention it in their profile. In fact, it’s a privilege. Similarly, if someone writes about Christopher Nolan, they would definitely mention his collaboration with Hans Zimmer. That’s standard not promotional. The same goes for collaborations with actors like Mammootty and Mohanlal; it’s nothing unusual. Also, this is the only production house in the Malayalam film industry that has produced and released two films with these legends on the same month. You can verify this with the references provided. Facts are facts.

If anything needs to be reworded for compliance, I’m ready to do that. But I truly believe the article deserves to remain online. Anyone who wants to know about the production house behind those superhit films should be able to find this on Wikipedia. That’s my request as well.

Let me be more clear — this article does not meet Wikipedia’s notability guidelines. It is just a promotional puff piece. Simply working with famous people like Mammootty, Mohanlal, or Vidyasagar does not make a production house automatically notable. If that were the case, every small production company that funded a film with a big name could claim a Wikipedia page. That’s not how notability works here. Per WP:ORG, a company must receive significant coverage in multiple independent, reliable secondary sources that are not trivial mentions, interviews, or press releases. This article fails that basic test. The majority of the sources are either primary, affiliated, or do not provide in-depth independent coverage of Galaxy Films as a company. On top of that, the tone of the article is unmistakably promotional — phrases like “superhit films,” “prestigious collaborations,” or listing actors as badges of honour only reinforce that. Wikipedia is not a place for promotion or visibility, no matter how passionate someone is about the topic. See WP:PROMO. You mentioned it’s the only production house to have released two films with Mohanlal and Mammootty in the same month — even if true, that’s a trivia-level fact unless covered in-depth by reliable sources, not something that independently proves notability. At best, this article reads like a company brochure — at worst, it’s an attempt at vanity promotion. If independent, in-depth coverage becomes available in the future, a neutral, well-sourced article can be reconsidered. But at this stage, deletion is entirely appropriate.
